- Drink water with high fluoride. Tap water has high fluoride, but it is advisable to boil tap water first before drinking.
- Dip your toothbrush in baking soda and vigorously brush for 2 minutes. This can replace regular toothpaste if you like. Many years ago, in fact, people brushed solely with baking soda.
